•You need kindly to inform us before your arrival your expected time arrival at our B&B by email or phone

•The check-in time is any time after 12.00 PM, in case you’ll arrive before, we can hold your luggage at the B&B.

•The check-out time on the date of departure is 10.30 AM. We can hold your luggage after 10.30 am.
•In case of a “no-show”, we will charge you the total amount of the reservation.

•The balance payment of your reservation will be made only in cash during the check-in (only in euro). We do not accept credit cards.

•The price include not a continental breakfast but a typical italian breakfast, that means a breakfast based on a “cornetto” (croissant) and “cappuccino” or “espresso” coffee . The breakfast will be served at the coffee bar called “ Nerobollente” located nearby the B&B from 7.00 AM till 12.30 AM.
