Rules and Regulations

Heres some of the rules for the following cities tennis leagues:
Anaheim Tennis, Charlotte Tennis and Atlanta Tennis

1) Match Format (2 out of 3 sets)
applies the best 2 out of 3 6-game pro sets w/ ads. If a set goes to 6-6 a first to 7-point tiebreaker should be used to determine the winner of the set. The tiebreaker format should be used for all 3 sets.
1b) 2 sets with 3rd set tie-breaker
If the match is tied at 1 set a piece and the match is running too long, the players can agree to play a 10-point super tie-breaker to decide the match.
1c) 10 game pro set
If the players agree before the match or you are limited to 1-hour of court time, a 10-game pro set can be used with ads. This means the first to win 10 games. But, if the match is ended because of a time restriction than the score at the conclusion is the tally for the match. At 9-9, a best to 7-point tiebreaker will be used to determine the winner.

4) Transferring court ends

6) Abiding by the rules of the tennis court at which you are playing.
Participants need to follow the rules of the facility they are playing at. Participating in a matchup doesn’t give you privileges to break the rules of the local court. If we receive word that players are improperly using the League name in such events it will result to immediate removal from the league.

8) Rematches are now allowed! The regular season is all about playing.
The program is now granting players to record a rematch per opponent per season. The doctrine is that the regular season is all about playing and the playoffs are where champions are crowned. This will hopefully make getting to 5 wins a little easier for some players. We still want players to meet up with as many new partners as they possibly can during the regular season.

10) Playoff Positioning, Tie-Breakers
Regular season ties are broken by this order:
1) Overall Record, based on matches over .500. So 6-1 is 5 matches, 8-2 is 6 matches and would be better.
2) In Season Head-to-Head record for players tied at #1
3) We want to promote players playing matches, so 6-1 would be better than 5-0.
4) % of games won

11) Home Court for Playoff matches

12) Player Disqualification
Based on emails to the league, reserves the right to:
1) Set any player who has broke the measures of adequete conduct, abuse of tennis club cancellation policy, abuse of league administrators, fair play and/or good sportsmanship on probation for an indefinite period. League fee will not be refunded in such player disqualifications.
2) Ban any player from the league indefinitely.

A participant is mandatory to make telephone calls and send emails to scratch a match. The organization is not responsible to delete matches for players. If the player doesn’t try all forms of communication to delete a match a strike will be applied to the offending player.

An opponent subject to any of these violations must be found in default.

By doing one thing solve other people’s problems.

That’s it this article is done, no I’m kidding seriously if you can find ways to solve immediate problems people have everyday you can make money online. Plus you will generate more traffic to your site in the process.

Now if you are thinking how you can find this information out, that easy you can start here with the Overture Suggestion Tool.

All you need are the right keywords, see a few example’s below.

*how to

*learn how

*training

*tip

*buy

*etc.you get the point.

Provide them with a solution to the problems they are trying to solve, this will create a be line directly to your website. Stay away from what everyone else is doing. Find your own niche product or service that will fit the criteria of solving other people’s problems and run with it.

If you do decide to market the same products as everyone else, find unique ways of doing it. Don’t do what the population is doing; find new reports to give away as bonuses. In fact create your own reports, don’t go with what’s already all over the internet. Offer a solo ad in your ezine, or start a refer-a-friend program where you get one solo ad for each referral. You have to be very creative. The key is to be different find ways to market yourself that other’s are not doing.

Let me be very clear here this may not be easy to do, it may be for some especially if you are already working from the angle of trying to find out what people; but it can be done and is being done everyday.

This will take a great deal of work, not only do you have to find out what the problem is you have to find a way to solve it effective, at a reasonable price so you are able to make a profit. Plus you have to get the information out to your target market so they are aware that you have solutions to what they want and need to solve their problems.

In conclusion, as stated above if you can solve immediate problems people have you can 1) increase your traffic, 2) your profits goes up as well; this goes hand in hand, to say the least all it takes is a little research, effort and determination.

Unforgettable First Impressions Part 3: Time is (Not) On Your Side

Filed under: School of Social Sites — admin @ 9:19 am

You only have three seconds…Connect in under a minute…People decide if they like you within the first ninety seconds…Make the sale in the first five seconds…You get the job within four minutes…Always make a friend in less than 30 seconds…

Ahhhhhhhhhh!! Which one is right!?

I’ve read almost every book on first impressions, and the primary issue addressed tends to be time. (Or lack thereof.) Unfortunately, past research doesn’t offer much consistency among increments of time in which you must make a first impression.

But there’s no need to adhere to a specific number of minutes, hours, days or milliseconds to which your words and actions must adhere in order to “wow” the other person. The bottom line is this: every situation and every person is different. Only you can decide how much time you’re allotted before your conversation partner thinks you’re the greatest person they’ve ever met.

Still - you have to work quickly! The 6 Essential Elements for Flawless First Impressions are part of Scott Ginsberg’s the UNFORGETTABLE! Audio System.

Beyond Initial Contact
Because they are based on instinct and emotion; and because they are usually correct; first impressions people form about you will probably stay in their minds forever. People put pressure on themselves to behave consistently with their own existing commitments. And as the great poet William Hazlit said, “First impressions are a person’s work of years; they are stamped on his face by the events of his whole life by the hand of nature, and are not to be gotten rid of easily.”

This is based on the primacy effect, which states that information people see or learn about you is more powerful than what is learned later. Therefore, when people initially see a small piece of you, that’s all they know. So to them, it represents everything.

First Doesn’t Mean First Time
First impressions are also the first time you have with someone. In other words, even if you’ve already known someone - your first impression, new or not, will still set the stage for whatever communication comes next.

Here’s an example. Let’s say you arrive (late) at your customer’s office for your monthly appointment - and you’re in a terrible mood. You’re tired, annoyed and don’t feel like crunching numbers. Now, even if you’ve worked with this customer for six months, it’s still possible to make a bad first impression. It’s still possible turn him off. And as a result, your entire meeting might be underscored by that negative impression - regardless of what the customer thought of you six months ago when he first met you.

So, first doesn’t always mean first time.

Honesty is the Best Policy
It’s like the old joke says, “If you tell the truth, you don’t need to remember anything.” So in your first impressions, be honest - and be honest immediately.

Once during a job interview I had the perfect opportunity to practice this last rule. My potential boss said, “All right, here’s the last question - it’s kind of a tough one. In fact, most employees struggle to answer it…so just do your best. What are some of your weaknesses?”

Ouch. A zinger if I ever heard one. Looked like my ego was about to take a beating.

But I didn’t skip a beat. I smiled, re-crossed my legs and said, “Absolutely! In fact, I’ll give you three of them:

1) I talk too much. As an extrovert, my personality is such that I might never shut up.

2) I’m not the most punctual employee in the world. I’ve been known to show up at the last minute, or sometimes a few minutes late.

3) I’m a big goofball. I do, say and think things that are outlandish.

But I’ll tell you one thing,” I added, “talking, tardiness and goofiness - all of those habits can change. But the one quality about me that will never change…is my honesty, and THAT is exactly why you need to hire me.”

The room fell silent. And do you know what two words came out of his mouth next?

Get out.

No, I’m just kidding! He said, “Welcome aboard!”

UNFORGETTABLE, indeed.
