One of the benefits of preparing soups in crock pots is the richness of flavor from the slow cooking process. Today, I’m sharing with you 3 deligthful crockpot recipes for soups, great confort dishes any time of the year.
Serve as complete meal or over rice. Is easy to freeze.
Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours. Grilled BEAN SOUP * one lb Great Northerly beans, doused * two tsp Salt * one med Onion, cut * one / eight tsp Ground pepper * two lb Meat short ribs * six cup Water * three / four cup Bar-b-cue sauce Place all ingredients in crock-pot except barbecue sauce Cover and cook on Low ten to sixteen hours. Before serving, remove short ribs and cut beef from bones. Return beef to crock-pot.
In other story, Well, I was taking a look at some photos yesterday and how I used to look just two years back and got amazed! OMG! How on earth did I put on all this weight??? If you know me you are most probably thinking I’m not fat, ok, ok, I’m of the opinion that, but I have put on twenty pounds on these last 2 years and if I keep going on this same rhythm I am going to be over 2 hundred pounds six years from now!!! Do not even start me with the’you should exercise’ talk, ’cause I know that! But the exercises that I like to do are quite tough to be done here as it is either too cold or raining outside.
